Designed specifically for mothers-to-be, this nurturing prenatal massage uses light to medium pressure combined with Swedish, manual lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release techniques to relieve pregnancy-related aches, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation

With your consent, organic lavender will be used topically throughout your session to enhance and extend the sense of peace and relaxation.

To ensure maximum comfort, you will be supported by fluffy pillows, allowing you to lie on your side during part of the session for work on your back, hips, & legs. The remainder of the treatment is performed while you are comfortably reclined on your back and with your legs elevated, ensuring a safe, soothing, supportive, and effective experience for you and your baby.

*Prenatal appointments can be a maximum of 90 minutes in duration and is the recommended duration if mom-to-be is experiencing many aches and pains. All mothers-to-be must be out of their 1st trimester, at least 13 weeks, at the date of their session. If your pregnancy is high risk, a signed letter from your obstetrician is required stating that it is safe for you to receive massage therapy.
