I am a double-board certified nurse practitioner and licensed massage therapist.

I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 12 years, with extensive experience providing both deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage treatments. My work focuses on helping clients find relief from conditions such as headaches, migraines, low back pain, muscular tension, and mobility restrictions, while also supporting overall physical recovery and nervous system regulation.

I have significant experience working with athletes of all levels and all disciplines, including mountain bikers, marathon runners, triathletes, body builders, and recreational athletes. My approach supports faster recovery, improved mobility, injury prevention, and enhanced performance, tailored to the specific demands placed on the body.

My clinical training includes deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), active release techniques, and prenatal massage. I am also trained in Graston technique and oncology massage, and certified in manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique).

Each session is highly individualized, blending techniques based on your goals, preferences, and how your body responds in real time.

In addition to my massage therapy background, I worked as a registered nurse for 5 years, where I compassionately cared for oncology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. I also have training and experience providing safe, evidence-based medical and aesthetic dermatology treatments.

Regardless of the setting, I consistently prioritize safety, comfort, clinical integrity, and exceptional guest experience.

When I am not here, you can find me working as a nurse practitioner at Capitol Vein & Laser Centers in Frederick, MD working with vascular surgeons Dr. Paul McNeill & Dr. Garth Rosenberg. Our focus is primarily on the diagnosis and management of venous disease, but we also diagnose other conditions affecting the legs, including, but not limited to, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), lymphedema, and lipedema.

If you have any spider veins, varicose veins, and/or experience leg symptoms affecting your quality of life such as swelling, cramping, aching, heaviness, throbbing, itchiness, or restlessness and have been unable to determine a cause, I encourage you to schedule a visit for further evaluation.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband of 11 years, our two children who are 8 & 10, and our Vizsla. I love staying active through running. I also enjoy volleyball, dancing, singing, and reading.
